The high school
student exchange program was initiated in 1983 by the Pleasanton-Tulancingo
Sister City Association and the Comite de Ciudades Hermanas Tulancingo-Pleasanton.
The purpose of the Student Exchange Program is to promote friendly
relationships through young people's exchanges and provide them
with a better understanding of each other's way of life.
